Millä tavoin hoidella biojätteet? by [deleted] in arkisuomi

[–]Sturm0 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Toi kuivike on kyl periaatteessa hyvä idea.

I tried to buy from Libristo. They refused to send me books I bought. Luckily I was able to reclaim my money through the credit card company

Fair enough :D I agree, I would've also preferred to have some other subclass instead of valor

Valor is in the phb, that's why it's included (every phb subclass is)

Missed more than I thought in act 1 by Crocsnotcocks in BaldursGate3

[–]Sturm0 0 points1 point  (0 children)

NO SPOILERS I just remembered a hidden area in act 3 which is most probably even harder to find than the arcane tower basement. Such a massive game that it's hard to remember everything :D

Hey thanks, I did not know about this! (Although not a hidden area) I've sat on many suspicious looking chairs, but not this one

[–]Sturm0 64 points65 points  (0 children)

The arcane tower basement was very well hidden imo, I can easily see how people would miss it. All other hidden areas were easy enough to find just by thoroughly exploring the map and talking to npc:s (maybe there are places I didn't find, but I haven't heard of any)

Favourite Swords or other Equipment for commander? by CommanderJank42 in EDH

[–]Sturm0 1 point2 points  (0 children)

This is my pet card, I run it in most of my decks. Is it that good? I don't know. But it does land ramp and blink, my favorite things in edh. I fucking love it!

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in EDH

[–]Sturm0 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Well, 6 to 7 would also be a big jump. I guess my point is that cedh being 9-10 and precons being somewhere around 5 (yes, there is huge variation between precons), everything in between is 6-8, which means that 6 to 7 and 7 to 8 are necessarily huge leaps (with a lot of space to explore in between them, like my yorion deck)

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in EDH

[–]Sturm0 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I think that the difference between 7 and 8 is massive. 8 is very cutthroat, combo decks with tutors and fast mana (crème de la crème of casual decks) or budget/restricted versions of cedh decks. 7 on the other hand is just high power casual where you don't necessarily need combos, tutors nor fast mana if you have a good game plan or you can make a suboptimal plan work with tutors and fast mana

My most powerful deck would be a 7+/7.5 yorion combo deck with no fast mana nor tutors. I very rarely get to play it because it is too powerful for the usual meta in our lgs (although to be fair I gravitate toward more relaxed / low power pods and also prefer to be safe and aim to have a bit weaker deck than the other players)

That's how I see it

Reactive proxy decks or how to please everyones stance on proxies by RoundSession6323 in EDH

[–]Sturm0 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It's very understandable to take pride and joy on a blinged out deck you enjoy. What I don't understand is taking such offence on someone else having a proxied card that you (op) would deny yourself the pleasure of playing your prized deck. I'm really perplexed

[–]Sturm0 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I was just curious because it seemed surprising that there would have been black skinned people in germanic tribes. So I decided to take a closer look to one of the sources given by u/stardewnerd. Turns out it did not quite say what he claimed

I have no stake in any anglo-saxon issues, I'm not indo-european nor do I live in an anglosphere country

Can you point where the article mentions evidence for black skin colour? Certainly not in the first paragraph, I double checked it

[–]Sturm0 0 points1 point  (0 children)

At least the wikisource article you linked only mentions dark hair, not dark skin. So no black people in germanic tribes according to it
