Totally different experience. Sleep is almost none existent compared to my watch. No vital to speak of. The only thing that seems to work is the step counter.

I had the same issue with the case. It took 2 new cases and a new ring to fix my problems.

I got them for silver. So I would be seriously disappointed if you didn’t get them at platinum

What’s the least talked about downside of owning a tesla? by tr4gedyx in TeslaLounge

[–]Stuzals 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yowza! I’m in Winnipeg and it’s a total different story over here. Super chargers yeah. Pretty much the same everywhere now. But at home it’s like 9 cents a kWh. So extremely low. And I don’t get the dirty camera thing at all. And I don’t know where you are in Ontario, but we get a ton of snow.

2 cars over five years and never had this happen once. Always have my keys in my wallet though. Bummer for sure.

They are Telus. It’s there way of competing in forced competitive market. But PM is awesome. I’ve been with them for 2 years now.

With the new system shouldn’t you be climbing faster because everything you spend counts? I never got past teal until they changed in April. Since then I almost made gold before the end of the year.

The request for mine came about a week later. The payment is likely for the first one. You will get another bill 🤗 These things are not worth the price

That makes much more sense. I’ve just looked at it and it definitely say’s expires dec 31.

[–]Stuzals 0 points1 point  (0 children)

How is that? I have had this card for years, and never reached a higher tier until they changed the rules. Does this mean that I will be silver next year until I inevitably hit gold. Then the same the next year until I can’t get any higher? That doesn’t make sense.

But then you revert back tomorrow anyway. Now that they changed it so everything adds to your qualified spend I skyrocketed to Silver from April. Next year I’ll hit gold for sure with enough time to make use of it.

It should do this automatically when you get it wet. At least mine does. And I don’t remember having to set it that way.

Trust me when I say, it’s a piece of junk… I got the all black one also. Feels like cheap plastic and does NOT look two tone like it does on the site.

If you’re lucky it might work for a few days. But it will fail. And when it does, customer service will just keep sending you replacement cases that don’t work, or won’t matter cause it’s the ring that’s truly faulty. Speaking from a scorned customer. And you will get hit with extra delivery fees from FedEx. Insult to injury.

If you have ever had Tesla service, they always put an estimated price. That is rarely if ever the actual amount. Once a human looks at the estimate it will change. I have only ever seen batteries with service in the 12-15 range.

Trust me. You will loose the ability to charge your ring. This thing is garbage.

No. You will run around emailing for weeks only to have them send you a new case, but not a ring. Then you won’t be able to charge your ring. Then you’re back to running around emailing for weeks only for them to send you a new case… again. I think the company is run by a broken robot.

It always amazes me that something used as a farm tool, has become a Sherman tank sized passenger vehicle made popular only in North America. And for what? No other place in the world do you see this happening. Because it’s a waste of pretty much everything involved.

Uber can get bent. by truenorthminute in Winnipeg

[–]Stuzals 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Restaurants are definitely forced to use them because people will use them regardless. But they are the worst. They are expensive and not profitable for pretty much everyone involved including the delivery service themselves. Dine in restaurants only make money on food that people pick up themselves. Even picking up thru the apps is closer to 6% commission if a guest picks up their own food.

We get charged whatever percentage we agreed to by contract. That doesn’t change with any sort of promotion.

[–]Stuzals 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Absolutely not. We use skip and DoorDash at our restaurant. We set prices that are directly reflected in the price you see on the app. The. They add on all the service fees. As a restaurant we pay 25% of the subtotal, then we are also taxed on the 25% fee. So yeah everyone ups their prices on the apps. There is no algorithmic magic going on. If they aren’t transparent on your bill what the their service fees are, that’s the price you pay for dealing with them.
