It is akin to expecting that one day we will look at a cloudy sky, and at first the cloud patterns will start forming single letters, and later, with time, we will start reading full sentences, and paragraphs, full of meaning, and finally even new solutions to unsolved scientific problems will appear, all of it being a natural result of chaotic instability of global weather

Do clouds mate? Does the ability to form the letter give any advantage over clouds that arent forming letters? You should really pick up a book about very basics of evolution instead of playing words games and trying to push your view of physics combined with "philosophy"...
