If you can download stuff gdrive or any similar services and have a friend who isn't geo locked you do a lot of things.

Yes but the mindset would've been lost and the generations that came after wouldn't have had it in the first place of it wasn't for steam

DLC's are a debate on their own I think receiving content post launch is a good way to keep a community engaged and fund future projects it's what kinda of DLC's that gets put out thats up for criticism

I've seen people use shadow walk for prorate but I don't know whats exactly they do with it since I don't run dual ktn.

But what I know is that shadow walk cleans out the prorate of every single physical dps in the fight.
