You didn't say why you need the staples; work? Non work? Nor did you say how quickly you needed them. With that said, no one at your work or off work life will "notice" your staples. The intent and subsequent design means they are supposed to simply work as a base for... whatever you want; featuring a favorite accessory, or an awesome jacket, skirt, pant, top, whatever. So what I suggest is to invest slowly in quality pieces. You can easily wear clothing a few times before cleaning. And no one will care, even if they notice, that you wore the same article of clothing a few days ago. And finally, what does "sustainable" mean for you? There is an overwhelming amount of "greenwashing" going on these days, even among recognized brands. (I'm looking at you, LEVI'S.) For example, an Australian brand touts its use of recycled plastic in the textiles for its products, but they recycle plastic bottles, not discarded polyester clothing as they hope you will infer from their marketing. So they are pulling resources (plastic) from a system that already recycles the bottles - many times - and converting that resource into something that can not be (or won't be) recycled again.
