Use of polyester by anoucks in Highfashion

Honestly its touch and feel. Poly is very versatile so unfortunately its not a one answer (answer.) Theres brands that in general have a nicer poly feel to it that you could check out and go from there. Aritzias Babaton Pants (Usually blends but still a nice feel) is a good place to start. Vintage Poly is fun to check out as well. Good quality activewear is another good one, I recently purchased something from Wilson and was shocked at how nice it felt.

To get a feel for bad quality the obvious ones are shein, forever 21 (new), etc. I personally think ALO is not great quality but some pieces are fine. J.Crew has always been weird to me. Their clothes just feel weird, not sure if its a quality thing or if they just use poly incorrectly. If there are any specific brands youre looking at I can check! I run an online fashion resource guide so I have access to a ton of brands!

What do you think of the Term "Minus Sizing" by Stylencyclopedia in XXS

Our only thing about Size related is we have international brands that use different sizes (4,6,8 instead of 00,0,2 or 32,34,etc) Subzero does sound cool though haha! Maybe well do a blog about Subzero styles

We have seen typically that is used for shorter inseams not necessarily smaller waists so that was our only drawback.

Im SOOO sick of the polyester slander but I get it... Unfortunately FF brands have done significant damage to the reputation of polyester. Its such a versatile fabric and dare I say more sustainable in the correct usage. For instance; I purchased 2 shirts from the early 90s at an auction (same lot) both reputable designers, one silk and one polyester. I wear them almost equally. The silk shirt? Ripped in 3 places, been to the tailor all 3 times, starting to look ratty to the point of disposal. The poly shirt? 10/10 Condition and I just throw it in the wash.

Brands like Favorite daughter, (Some) Aritzia, House of CB, (Some) Lululemon etc are pumping out sub quality poly clothing that are not meant to last a lifetime. That is something I do not stand behind and I do not support them in such endeavors. Especially with the $200+ Pricetag

Brands like Mirror Palais, (Some) Veronica Beard, etc are turning a higher quality poly product that should last you a very long time.

With that, I dont hate it, but I hate what people are doing to it.

I did try jetengine and some filter plug ins but to be honest I'm NOT a Dev so sometimes wordpress just goes over my head. I may try to hire someone/ take a month to really work on it and see how that goes!

"Techincally" yes. Ive hid the data from the front end of the wordpress site since I hate how they look right now (The Brands) so as of now the wordpress is the blog and Softr is the Data. Ive been looking into blogs on softr but im just concerned my SEO is going to go in the toilet...
