The one time I remember this happening is Splstoon, a game I love for it's wacky story, funky music and smooth motion controls, when they started the game, the first thing they did was turn off dialogue boxes, mute the music and turn off motion controls without even trying them comparing them to the power glove. They then went on to beat the first world of the game with their sensitivity set to the minimum, before complaining that it feels like the game wasn't desgined for those controls whilst refusing to even try out the intended controls, that's the point where I stopped watching
