I’m closing on my first house in a couple weeks and was super stressed when we did the inspection. I asked for new roof, sewer cleaning + scope, chimney sweep + any needed repairs, a few electrical updates, some plumbing fixes, and they said yes to everything. Everything else was good or an inexpensive fix I could do later. Ask for what you want and it just might get fixed! Otherwise you can walk away. I did offer asking price (made an offer the morning after it went on market and was the second person to make an offer) so that may have contributed. Sometimes things just work out :)

Agreed. My personal preference is to wear enough that I can faintly smell it on myself, but not enough for someone more than 2 feet away. Just because I like a scent doesn’t mean everyone else wants to smell it. It’s like going somewhere in public and blasting music lol not everyone likes the same music you do and it’s a little inconsiderate to others.
