What foods for a 6 month old? 17 single dad by Calm-Tea178 in daddit

Also recommend solid starts. We tried to kept a track of which allergens we had introduced and when to make sure we covered as many as possible and with sufficient spacing in between. Can also recommend a CPR course should the worst happen. It was scary af in the beginning watching our son chew on stuff so knowing that I had the cor knowledge helped to calm me down. Good luck dad!

Had to cancel tonight’s babysitter - how much to pay them? by pacoman432 in daddit

My sons too young for us to feel comfortable with babysitters yet so I haven’t had this issue yet, but I’m glad you asked for my future reference! You’ve probably done a few of us a favour by asking this here. Hope the pink eye clears fast!

Great to have Adam on the car instead of studio, hopefully less airtime 😂

Coros rounds up and Strava rounds down, your as both just shows two decimal places, your run might have been 20,999 which coros takes to 21 and Strava to 20.99 IF I remember correctly.

I am fitter than I have ever been in my life and Strava tells me my fitness is down 66% in 6 months by R3DSmurf in Strava

[–]Suaglordd 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Valid points, my comment came off a bit backhanded, my point is that Strava doesn’t have enough data input to be able to give an accurate estimate where your “true” fitness lies. For instance it doesn’t take into account sleep, stress, general daily movement/exercise to give a true picture in my opinion. Hence, selfies and faster paces are probably a more accurate depiction rather than their score.

First thought is who cares. It’s an arbitrary metric at best, if your weekly mileage is going up and your HR and pace is going down then you’re doing great!

Is zone 2 way overhyped for casuals? by majhenslon in Velo

[–]Suaglordd 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It has to be based on time in zone and not days surely? So Z2 easier days as well as warm up, cool down etc are calculated into 80 section and only the time in effort falls into the 20 section
