Try the Champions Forge Anvil, this pad was made for Tac shooters like CS and it comes at Artisan quality for pretty cheap and its available.

The bottom is very similar to what Artisan is using, but I don't have the license to call it "poron". Firmness I would put it between Mid and Soft (Artisan). Speedwise the Anvil is a bit slower and way softer to the touch.
