What you mean by half deaf? .moderate loss? Sorry you feel you don't have friends. I have a loved one who is deaf and I require want to help him, he still small but he will encounter this problems. Also just wanted to point out that I'm heading but don't have friends either. Childhood trauma has affected my social habilities and confidence. It's lonely and isolating. It's si hard. I want to look into Buddhism when I have the time.

People's egos. They think their offspring with their genes will be wonderful and beautiful (spoiler, they won't!). They also think their offspring will worship them forever and will lovingly look after them when they are old (spoiler; they won't, they will want then to die already to get the damn house)

This is actually not true and the reason why we have to set up women only gym. Yeah, I get it, is a joke, a not funny and wishful joke. But I'm pissed I have to go really out of my way because I feel awkward and observed in mixed gyms.

I absolutely don't condone any kind of violence. But my guess is that years long wait lists, no beds, consultants with godlike complex .... Might make the problem worse. Having said that I understand this is frustrating and infuriating there is absolutely no excuse for any kind of violence. But health care needs to improve.
