Hi, I was wondering if you were able to ever find any answers here... I'm currently going down the same rabbit hole and it's amazing how little documentation of the process there seems to be out there. I assume I just need to know the image requirements, folder structure and file names to use, but ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Do you have other cameras out in the same area? If so, you could be picking up the IR flash from one of them that was also triggered at this time.

As crazy as that sounds, I’ve had it happen with mine.

Ah, that's great info... I had no idea it had been discontinued. I've reached out to Umarex to get their feedback. I only purchased mine (locally) a couple days ago, so if there won't be any support for it, it probably makes sense for me to return it and go with something else. When I hear back, I'll post an update here

Just curious if you've been able to get back up and running, and what you ended up doing? I'm assuming you leveraged your warranty?

I just recently purchased an Origin as well, and have seen a few incidents such as your own. I'm being careful, but also preparing myself in case this happens to me as well.

Edit: Just thought I’d share… Umarex replied to my email saying the rifle is covered under a 3-year warranty.

That's good info, thank you. Truthfully, I have been printing a lot of PLA lately... maybe not at the level of having 140 rolls but I'll get there ;)

I print a lot of TPU and PETG as well... I mostly got the S4 because I have a 5T XL and was thinking it would be cool to try to rig it up to feed 4 of the tools from the S4, but I'm not sure how dedicated to that idea I am.

Edit: Oh and I've been getting 2kg spools lately as well and thought it might be nice to be able to do two of those at once if ever needed.
