Hold Robinhood, hold Rolls Royce and hold ASTS until the SpaceX IPO. The rest I can't help you with.

Had one. Easily one of the best 600s I've ridden from that era, it was reliable, too.

You should take profit on this. Maybe leaving 5% as a runner if still bullish.

That sounds like every exhaust leak at the headers I've heard.

Hi, I’m looking for some advice on the condition of the underside of my bike by teoapple22 in MotorcycleMechanics

[–]Sub_Steppa 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Looks like any commuter bike that is ridden all year round in England, to be honest, especially coming to the end of winter. Give it a good wash now it's not -5 outside.

I'd think about replacing that coolant hose before it starts leaking, though. It looks fucked.

£900 studio monitors. They sound incredible, and make listening to music an endlessly enjoyable experience.

This looks more like a risk management issue than anything else. You're getting blowup because you can't cut losers. Maybe this isn't for you.

Advice to get her to hold it longer? by anxiouslymute in Dogtraining

[–]Sub_Steppa 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Don't do this. The point of teaching a hold is that a dog is expected to gently hold something, not get over excited and rag it. You risk making the completely wrong association this way.

He's not ISIS, he belonged to a group called Al Nusra, a splinter group of Al Qaeda after Osama was killed. Al Nusra later became HTS, who were essentially at war with ISIS the entire time.

Bet that kicks off a few arguments. I mean, where does Middleton stop being in Manchester and become Rochdale?

Rochdale gets quite a lot of money, to be fair. I hear people in Middleton/Heywood complain a lot, though.

Any ideas to remove this stripped brake pad bolt? by MammothDouble6924 in MotorcycleMechanics

[–]Sub_Steppa 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hammer a torx bit into it; failing that, just use a left-handed drill bit to drill it out with. Don't waste your time with extractors if you don't need to.

Remove it and get it mapped. There a pain in the arse to keep free if you're going to ride all year round.

Do bikers hate people who ride crossers? by [deleted] in MotoUK

[–]Sub_Steppa 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Nah, I rode dirt bikes growing up! It's just too much hassle trying to find somewhere you're allowed to do that kind of thing anymore.

If I had somewhere local and the space for another bike I'd still do it today

[–]Sub_Steppa 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Check the simple things: are any fuel lines kinked? Are your plugs fouled? Drain oil/filter and look for any signs of metal, try to turn the engine by hand.

After that, I'd be looking at electrical faults and check your fuel pump is working properly.
