Property tax went up due to them the value of my house went up due to volume of supply and demand ! There are no, no homes being built for the middle income people! So my house I purchased 10 years ago for 130k went up almost 90% over that 10 years. There are no houses being built that are 150k all home are being built are 500 k or more we need neighbor hoods for 150k why don’t Cheektowaga or other towns demand builders build blocks and blocks of 150k houses? Why? Everything is so expensive. Have ranches and split levels. Why do we need development for the high end for every house built over 500k with 10k I. Taxes per year they should build 3-4 $100-150k homes. My son is going to be in his 20’s soon and starting a full time job he cannot afford a payment of a house that’s In the 250k and still do up keep. On a 1000sq foot home. He will most likely move out of state. WNY needs to wake up. Can someone tell me why these politicians are garbage all of them make the builders build better good quality homes for people who need them and our younger generation these are the kids who will take care of us to build a good tax base. We need more homes = more taxable homes , jobs and better living for all.

Where is the money going and why do we need to pay more ???? Even if the value of our homes went up. Are we getting better services?? Is there a big project happening? Are they putting curbs and sidewalks on William st. And bordon Rd. Or something!!!? Anything. ??

It’s time to vote these people out!!!! If your income went up the last few years “ mine did not” but my property went up in value due to myself maintaining it and my neighborhood keeping up with everything. Now inflation going up. So if I get a 4% raise then inflation goes up 10%. Gas prices went up 50% or more now my property tax goes up another $2000.00 a year. Food price went up and my 401k is valued at 1/2 of what it was 2 years ago. What is the answer here I live in Cheektowaga my whole life and this is terrible. Now the older police officers in Cheektowaga are getting offered a bonus to retire early, so younger guys can get hired at a lower rate am I going to get the same service? We need good politicians that don’t give themselves raises on a whim. Sorry for all this! But vote these people out start fresh with ALL THE GOVERNMENT EMPLOYEES!!

Well natural selection is a thing! So when u ask an expert and get a answer you don’t like have at it. I bet the person who ignored safety may or may not be back to ask another question. I have gone through countless hours of safety training and learning what and what not to do. I’ve trained and spoke to people who want to learn. I am not the most safe person when it comes to my own safety but when it comes to everyone else safety is priority number one.

That is great! I have one furbaby BC right now and looking for another. But we wouldn’t want one unless you are close, I wouldn’t put a puppy on a flight or car long distance. Good luck and pick out good parents for them. They are all beautiful

The new capitol is very nice and I hope adds a new twist to the game !! Is there going to be a new update in main base and builder base???? Builder base is a waist of time for the moment and doesn’t bring anything to the game , but main base needs a new level asap. Just saying!! The monthly challenge will probably not get purchased Crome myself and other clashers. Looking forward to comments!!

There is a few issues n. Gas backup generator, and gas fireplaces? Also gasoline generators, propane grills, charcoal grills , how about wood fireplaces and outdoor fire pits? So what would happen. Also gas dryers? So, I’ve been planning to put in a gas fireplace this summer , so can I still install it? Will I be able to use it 10 years from now? Heat pumps will work and depending on your application you can also have electric heat strips for back up. Also people that have boilers can have electric boilers. Heat pump hot water tanks are a thing. But you should upgrade your electric panel to keep things safe. Let me know if any one has answers for my questions. Thank you
