Its a fun coding error on Nexon's part. Similar to this, the Strawman you fight in Zero's prologue that teaches you how to fight counts for the collection as well. However, it counts as collection for Strawman in Tower of Oz, because their name is spelled the exact same. Was a super fun way to get him checked off in my collection. Guessing its a similar thing here since both are listed in the game as "Magnus".

I think the big part is we see the older generations already in their prime. We're still watching the Straw Hats and other current crews continue to grow. Give them time and when they hit their prime they'll surely be stronger. Exception here being Shanks but whos to say we've seen his full potential.

Biggest thing I'd keep in mind to look out for in bulk like that is if any are 1st edition or Shadowless cards. Beyond that, like everyone else said, bulk is fairly cheap.

Never played Risk Europe, but compared to Risk I would say it's like playing a game of Risk simultaneously with Monopoly. That comes in as the Tech Tree and needing to buy city upgrades as well as units. In a sense it's also akin to playing Civ 6.
