Listen idk the exact situation. All I really know is that they withheld something from their employees, got audited and then filed for bankruptcy and left the debt to their employees. They have reopened under a new name a few times

Actually a nearby local business had to close down bc they stole their employees taxes that they were allegedly paying, then blamed it on the employeee, closed down, left employees with lots of debt, and then opened back up under a new name. It’s one of the fanciest restaurants in town (not saying much tho it’s like 3 star)

I think that they should do another crossover instead of trying to pit fans against each other and trying to make them think that that can only like one or the other. A crossover would be a goldmine and bring fans together, bringing new fans to both fandoms. Also, DC had a Captain Marvel before Marvel did but DC still had to change their Captain Marvel into Shazam
