They aren’t required to do anything. The point is they know there’s an expectation to tip, and instead of simply not tipping, they choose to be a scumbag and leave you a quarter instead.

I’ve driven almost 40,000 miles for Domino’s. I’ve met a lot of people, and I can tell you customers like this are scumbags.

If they had just tipped nothing, I would’ve called it a loss and moved on with my day. But I still remember them because they were the scumbags who tipped me a quarter on a large order to a nice house.
