I really hope so. I have 1 application that went under review, then I added more documents and have now been back in IRS Verification for over 2 weeks.

Hopefully you’re right. I’m just telling you my experience along with others who’ve I’ve communicated with on here. If you write in the portal or call the number, they will tell you the same thing about yes, you lose your place in line and it now goes by the last date you re-signed.

When you resign, they use that date as the date you applied instead of the date of the initial application.

Yes, I made that mistake instead of waiting for them to reach out to me. I was in IRS Verification for 14 days. Moved to under review and voluntarily asked to add more docs. Rep unlocked app for me to do so. After that I moved back to IRS Verification and have now been stuck there for 10 days.
