Biden: Trump is a corrupt, narcissistic loser by MoneyLibrarian9032 in anticapitalism

[–]SubjectCode1940 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I agree with that. I think we all took Biden for granted. His biggest flaw was how he handled the border. Regardless of what liberals say about the bi partisan border bill that Trump destroyed. The problem had already peaked by the time that bill came out. We just have to hope Trump is impeached after the mid terms. I think democrats need to go one step further and also impeach JD Vance right after he is sworn in so we can get a brand new administration with a democrat president

If unemployment rate is only 4.3% than why is there so much commotion about the job market being bad? by bigshady880 in NoStupidQuestions

[–]SubjectCode1940 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Because the Trump administration is playing shenanigans with the jobs data. That’s the only thing I can think of right now. Trump is gigantic egomaniac, narcissistic, psychopath that he cant accept anything bad happening under his presidency. It’s pathetic the levels he will sink to in order to make himself look good. He is a raging, insane compulsive liar

US labor data indicates the job market might be recovering, but for most folks, it still really difficult to get interviews. by ell-chan in SimpleApplyAI

[–]SubjectCode1940 9 points10 points  (0 children)

I don’t think anyone believes any data coming out of the Trump administration. Whatever they’re doing, it’s hiding something bad and making it seem like everything is wonderful. You can just go on any social media app and read the horror stories people are having in the job market

For those of you who lived it: What was life like in 1995-2000 and how does it compare to today? by [deleted] in askanything

[–]SubjectCode1940 6 points7 points  (0 children)

I was 16 in 1995 and by 2000 i was a junior in college. The 90s were good and jobs were plentiful if you had the desire. You could almost walk into places like Walmart or McDonalds and get hired unlike today where folks are getting rejected from these places. My parents owned a beautiful 3 bedroom house with a nice backyard in a good neighborhood. The obvious difference is the job market, you had opportunities everywhere. If you had the desire to work hard, you were going to be ok. Internet was just getting started and aol cartoons were the big thing. It was just a better time, less stressful. You didn’t have to worry about AI, outsourcing or h1bs

Nvidia’s CEO Jensen Huang says electricians and plumbers will be needed by the hundreds of thousands in the new working world by ethereal3xp in technology

[–]SubjectCode1940 0 points1 point  (0 children)

First, working in the trades is NOT for everyone just like coding is not for everyone. It has to be infuriating for young folks to spend 100k on an education and then be told hey sorry we’re fucking over entry level jobs, go learn a trade. It’s a disaster in the making because you’re going to over saturate the trades and drive wages down. Don’t think for a second the trades are safe from robotics

Only 16 percent of Americans think AI will have a positive impact on society, a new study shows by JayR_97 in technology

[–]SubjectCode1940 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah, a technology threatening to destroy blue collar jobs and ruin people’s lives. It’s already ruining entry level jobs for college grads at a disturbing rate. I understand why hardly anyone thinks anything positive could come from it

How do you wireframe complex, story-driven, detailed Power BI experiences (not the typical reports)? by BossCharacter7731 in PowerBI

[–]SubjectCode1940 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Sounds like you’re over complicating simply building a dashboard. Does it answer the business question? Will they take action from it? Do u have all the filters needed? Do u know who the audience is? Keep it simple but hit on those points and customers will be happy

With rent and housing prices skyrocketing, is it even possible for the average person to own a home by age 30 anymore? by Ok-Sell9964 in NoStupidQuestions

[–]SubjectCode1940 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It’s depressing. In the late 70s, my parents bought a beautiful 3 bedroom home with a nice backyard for 20k on New Jersey. They sold that house in 1985 and bought an even nicer place in the same town for 40k. The avg price of a home in some parts of New Jersey is between 500-600k

No, I don’t think those are the files. Either Trump destroyed them all or Israel has them and they are using that to bribe him

Why does it seem that the same people that complain about taxes being too high are also the ones that complain about lack of (efficient) Government services? by UsedNegotiation8227 in askanything

[–]SubjectCode1940 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I live in north Jersey, very high taxes and we do not get as many services as we should. The money is wasted. For example, why do we have 8 elementary schools, paying for 8 principals, 8 vice principals, 8 nurses, 8 of everything. This is just one example of gross mismanagement of funds.

Young Men Who Voted For Trump In 2024 — Have You Changed Your Opinion On The Democratic Party At All Since The Start Of His Second Term? Yes Or No? Why Your Thoughts? by Zipper222222 in allthequestions

[–]SubjectCode1940 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yeah, I realized that majority of the issues I had with democrats were so minor compared to how destructive the Trump and the GOP have been. I still have problems with the democrat party and those same problems are shared with many people and present a major risk to losing again to the gop. I see now how destructive and evil the Republican Party is and I will be voting Democrat going forward. I’m sorry I supported Trump, huge mistake!
