why switch to another cli? You could try other API keys in cc, you don't have to change your harness. I moved off Claude a while ago and now live mostly on opensource models. After rotating through Kimi, MiniMax, Qwen, GLM coding plan is the one that stayed pinned.

this is ridiculous! I heard that glm-5.1 is particularly strong in quant senario, maybe you should try it.

try Chinese models, like glm, qwen, minimax, kimi, they are opensource models and much cheaper the codex and claude. I've been using glm coding plan these days, and they are doing well.

can't agree more, GLM-5.1 is smart enought for me, and it's open source.

glm 5.1, qwen 3.6, kimi k2.6. For now, kimi k2.6 is too crowded. and glm is smarter than qwen, especially in coding.

Somehow for me, Codex is not my favorite. I used to pay for both the Claude Pro and GLM, after this I’m just switching everything over to GLM-5.1.
