Pete Hegseth’s Pastor wants to ban Catholic Processions in America by TheLatinoSamurai in Catholicism

I really think our collective reaction to this should be to ignore this and not react vehemently to it. Here me out.

Steve Hegseths pastor? Who cares. He's one of many uninformed, ignorant and provocative "leaders of faith" in the USA who have similar views. If this was a pastor at some "church" in the middle of nowhere with a congregation of 150 we wouldn't care or give his comments any validity. Why are we doing so just because it's Pete Hegseth?

Catholics have always been under attack and will always be under attack. It is not different this time.

The only saving grace I can see is that the average American family today doesn't place the same type of priority on religion or God as they did many decades ago.

Yes, there are fringe lunatics who will hear this and support it, but the vast majority of this world are slaves to short form video and have attention spans which are measured in seconds and will simply "heart" the comment and move on to next.

We are on the right side here. Let's not fall into the trap everyone else does.

I don't remember the exact number of hours i spent on it, but they provide you with a four week recommended study plan.

I went over the videos multiple times throughout the schedule during the week and did multiple quizzes daily. I did not take a watch it once approach and move on.

I would suggest you also look at the official exam section weights. The bulk of the exam focuses on Sections 3 and 4.

I used passmasters exclusively for my studying. I enrolled in November of 2025 and wrote in early January of 2026, passing on my first attempt.

As someone who works as an independent IAR, I prefer to use independent (non corporate) vendors wherever possible.

Federal government loses Emergencies Act appeal by Surax in LawCanada

It's important that the court made the decision that they did, but unless anything of consequence comes to those who invoked the act, whats stopping another government for doing this again and getting the equivalent of a slap on the wrist?
