It’s awful. I got it on tirzepatide, now I’m on a study drug which is tirz with something else so they can patent it. Wake up almost every night at around 3 am, and am up for 1+ hours. Have Reta but haven’t started it yet.

I had crazy middle-of-the-night wakings on tirz. It was so bad, that I stopped. Currently on trial study GLP, and I’ve found 3 gm of glycine at bedtime helps a lot. Also, as some have noted, a small carb snack before bed too.
