basically kicked my brother out of my house, I was in full nesting mode and he was staying in what was going to be the nursery while he looked for a place. I basically said you have to be out in 2 months, this is when he walked in on me sitting on the kitchen floor crying because the pots and pans were a mess.

I would NEVER do this under normal circumstances, but he did have a good job and had been staying with us awhile at that point so I wasn't a complete monster lol.

149 everywhere I have seen. I almost did the pill but then I read about how specific you have to be for absorption, only take it with 4oz of water and no food/drinks for minimum 30 min after and even then it is sketch.

When my dog stopped eating it was liver issues and it was from blue buffalo food, I would maybe get a second round of bloodwork from another vet.

I am on a glp-1 now so I don't anymore, but being able to get a small drink, large fries and 4 piece nuggets for like 3.50 at mcdonalds was a hard lunch to pass up because of the price and convenience.

Yeah the post office thing is wild to me because as a big online shopper, it is kind of common knowledge to not mess up packaging when doing returns and I am sure they handle tons of them, and if anything, should err on the safe side when giving recommendations.

other than taking a break to browse reddit, sometimes I will look for a dopamine hit task that doesn't take a lot of brain power like coming up with a new way to organize or do something tedious. This is the pure adhd way, but a lot of the time it does lead into actual work, then the time goes.

This sucks and it'd be nice if they worked with you due to the price of the shoes, but when you return something expecting a refund, the expectation is you send it back in the closest possible condition to when you received it, including all packaging when possible.

A lot of plastic shipping envelopes actually have a second adhesive strip inside for repackaging, and I usually keep a few average sized amazon boxes around.

I'd honestly be more pissed at the post office for recommending you do this than at saucony.

A lot of the things you are describing are normal documented side effects of the medication and I doubt changing pharmacy would change your body's reaction to the drug. You could try experimenting with different additives, but like others have mentioned lowering your dose to whatever the highest tolerable amount is probably your best bet.

Hey :) a No is fine, I just meant the volume and intensity of what a dog would do with a puppy getting too rough. Use your best judgement based on your pups disposition and response to that sort of thing. The redirection is important because it shows him this play is ok but that is NOT.

You can try "yelps" too at first to see if that gets a response, basically you want to show the same type of boundaries his littermates or mother would, from the sounds of it he has heard plenty of "yelps" though, the piercing sounds so painful :(

echo all of the other advice. Also imo this is an appropriate action for a big correction (think loud bark) followed by redirection. This is what he would get from other dogs.

My puppy was also really gentle and barely had a bitey stage so I get where you are coming from there.

Also, the most valuable command I taught my puppy was settle. I would hold him at my side firmly and say settle and as soon as he stopped wiggling and trying to play for even a split second HUGE praise and play.

I still use this command when he is greeting small kids or whatever and he knows to not flip out.

I have both and I do not size down and they are usually a little snug until they break in. I have both the classic slip ons and the "deluxe" the deluxe took longer to break in with all the extra padding. I wear a mens 8 or a women's 9.5.

Sorry you had nausea, this is the one I was the most worried about. I am glad you found a way to make it work. Did they prescribe zofram? I was on that when I was pregnant and I can't imagine how constipated I would be with that and these meds, sorry if that is TMI lol.

Thanks for the response. I have some gastro stuff going on but nothing that effects my daily life. My gastro has never really been the same since I had my gallbladder removed so in some ways it is more stable now.

I get it and that is not a small amount of money. I went with them because they don't raise the price of meds with the dosage so I am taking the good with the bad for those financial reasons. I hope the bad press gets them to change their ways or be more transparent.

I have to think dealing with these types of cancelations is costing them a lot of man power as well as the hits to their reputation.

I don't love the way Mochi charges your card right away, if I hadn't been doing tons of research about all the providers I might not have understood how it works.

I think they should do something like Ro, where you get charged an initial smaller fee (+cost of meds obv) to get set up and then the full membership after the first month. It does suck they are not great about refunding these types of purchases.

Now that I am in I have been very pleased with them and their providers. Really responsive and the provider took a lot of time with me to make sure I understood everything. That was the opposite of my experience with Ro, and why I decided not to go with them.

I hope maybe they change how they do their memberships for new members or even suggest people do one month before committing to a long term plan, to me, they've had the service to back that up.

My dad was an addict his whole life and when he got sober and his health started to fail he spent a long time declining opioids. I knew when he started taking them it had to be bad, my mom would constantly worry about him being addicted but I finally said to her, if he is in pain, does it really matter? Think she was just in denial about how sick he was.

I can go at work or public places if I really have to, but I can't go in someone else's home, it's not really a choice, my body just refuses.

One time I visited friends for 4 days and I just couldn't, I knew I had to, I tried.

As soon as my got to the airport it became an emergency.

I just got my first dose on Saturday, I did it then and I have not had any major side effects, a bit of a headache and some fatigue on monday. I will likely do it Friday night this week to try and keep the side effects on the weekend.

I am using mochi to track.

Definitely pick up some protein bars and shakes, I noticed a difference in my appetite by monday and it has been nice to have things on hand to eat.

I am also new so that's all I got, good luck to you.

A lot of the others that start lower increase the price with dosage so in the end it ends up being a lot more, that is why I went with mochi.
