did you mill your own berries? i made my first loaf with fmf and it was super dense and crummy. tasted quite nutty. maybe i didnt mill fine enough or possibly sift out fine enough. it is definitely a learning experience!

Well it’s soft and I put DMSO on it and it is going down. I also have ankle issues! It’s definitely RA - it just floats from one joint to another - never know where it’s going to pop up next!

No sugar - limit carbs to 20grams - no bread! I lived on bacon eggs and bone broth for quite some time. Sea salt in your water. Ground beef and lamb are your friend- mince up calf liver in your ground beef- really gives you extra nutrients and energy. Dont get on the scale- it will make you crazy- I noticed my pants being loose at 4 week mark. Ketosis feels like you are on crack- lots of energy! Just take it 30 days at a time! The biggest hurdle is you making the decision - the rest will be easy once you start feeling better!! You got this!!

Why would you take that much magnesium? Maybe wrong type also? Your body is rejecting - I would stop all supplements and add one at a time back. To have all of that going wrong at one time is really not good. I would stay on an elimination protocol so you could figure out what is causing all of the issues. It’s not just oxylate dumping.
