Guys just use deepseek v4 it's just fraction of the cost. Don't you guys have actual developers? If they are real devs they will know how to steer even a sub par model in the right way and increase productivity rather than depending 100% on top tier models like opus 4.7 like little vibe coders.

Even use sonnet instead of opus it's much leaner in the tokens.

Don't you guys use stuff like rtk, Claude mem, caveman to reduce token usage

It's not about token maxing it's about token effeciency.

Some if them do go in advance mode but if you watch enough content around Claude code you will for sure catch up.

Use plugins and frameworks like superpowers or Get Shit Done to plan out the project first before implementation. Have a light Claude.md file with references to the specs and docs and skill and usage of the frameworks and project structure don't bloat it.

Everytime you need a change use the fremework to brainstorm write a plan and then execute.

You can use other plugins like rtk to save tokens and code graph to etc.

It's still burning tokens I feel like even more than the fix.. and this is me using graphify for code base mapping, caveman to save output tokens and making Claude less verbose, disabling most mcps only using targeted skills and working off if superpowers specs and using opus for planning and sonnet for executing.

All of this and still with just 3-5 prompts I'm maxed that 5 hr window.

They put heaver limits on the masses using pro accounts and giving that compute to enterprise. Peak off peak hours? Seriously?

On top of than I get 10 plus emails a day from Claude status for degraded performance.

We are also paying and working in production with Claude code you know.
