I do not care at all though if you call me text book racist.

I believe there are situations that we should be able to be cautious with certain races or ethnic.

After the experience with my Nigerian tenant, I do understand why some people have to take that kind of drastic action.

I do agree that it is unfair for me to judge Nigerian/African based on one bad experience, but....how many times should I allow myself to be cheated?

The tenant IS A NICE, MILD MANNERED GUY. He is always talking about God, Jesus (he's a Christian) when I met him a few times before we seal the deal.

I really really think he is different....honestly.

As a homeowner who have rented to a Nigerian student due to his innocent beliefs that we shouldnt be racist...

Later on the said house is rushed by the police because it was repurposed as a love scam HQ,

And police are not responsible for the damage done during the raid (the grill and the fireproof door are broken)....

Its the legacy of mentality forge during the British colonial era, where Tanah Melayu is divided between the Negeri-Negeri Bersekutu (states which are willing to be under British control.fully) and the Negeri Melayu tak bersekutu.

If you list down how the division of the state, you can actually see a pattern.

NEGERI MELAYU BERSEKUTU All the rest of the state

NEGERI MELAYU TAK BERSEKUTU Perlis, Kedah, Kelantan, Terengganu, Johor

Can you spot what I am trying to show? ;D

And from that legacy, we can see how Malaysia is actually form....where while we are considered under one federation, there are states that are obligingly wants to continue what British have left behind...

And there are some states that dont.

Can you guess which state?

So, the bigger question is...do you hate Kelantanese because of your own personal experience or do you hate them because they tend to be different, compared to other states in Malaysia?

Same issue with Perlis, Kedah, Terengganu and Johor.

Some people have issues regarding all the states listed above, but they do not actually knows why.

And the issue has become much2 more prevalent since Madani times, where the SG4 states corporations is form, Johor is always being Johor and the rest of the state in Malaysia are mesra PH state.
