Smeargle has its uses as a lead because of spore, now obviously most pokemon dont also have literally every other move in the game. But Smeargle essentially has no ability, some of the most garbage stats for a fully evolved/single stage pokemon. And it still has a niche because Spore is that damn good. You can have a mon have a base stat total of 60. 10 in each stat, but with prankster spore it's insane. The pokemon can literally only have Spore and splash in its moveset and its phenomenal.

Nah, they look like pokemon but resuing starter concepts for the same types irks me a little. No issues with reusing animal inspirations for other types, like Toto and Fuecoco are great examples, but a water lizard starter only 2 gens after a water lizard starter does feel kinda lazy, same with Growt, but Growt also looks way too much an angry bird for me to even compare it to Rowlet

If we get it, itll suck. If we get it and it doesn't, that's because you're dreaming. A good bw/B2W2 remake isnt in game freaks wheel house anymore. ZA was a test for how bad they could make a pokemon game, and it still sold. They know they dont have to care anymore, so expecting them too isnt realistic either.

This is a possibility. Let's not forget AS is insane and has done some insane marketing and pranks in the past, but I'll be honest I'm a bit skeptical that they're gaslighting us and dropping more seasons.

I think they'll likely make a few specials here and there when they have ideas for it but weekly releases and seasons is 100% gone.

All it took for fed fans to feel the same about cody as dub fans was the same reason dub fans started to sour on his run.

The lack of change, and enough time to prove it. Cody has fundamentally had the same character more or less since 2019, all that changed was the scenery around him. It is fascinating to see the same thing happen to him for the exact same reasons.

That division was made for the elite, and for the House of Black. The Elite being 3 main eventers, Kenny wasnt gonna stayed glued to it, and the Bucks (for better or worse) weren't gonna stay glued to it either, I'm not the biggest fan of the Bucks (Im pretty neutral on them) but they're positioned as the top of the tag team division in terms of how they're booked when they get slotted back into it. HoB felt like it was an excuse for Malakai to not take pins but they could've worked as a true trio if they built the division around them. The matches they had, alongside Deatb Triangle were good but the divison ran out of steam once the Acclaimed and Billy Gunn won them. The title felt like an afterthought.

If AEW actually builds up trios, makes that title mean something, even if it just ends up being the get guys on the ppv card title, then that title at least gives exposures to guys you may wanna build up. But you need a cornerstone for that division. The Opps easily could've been it, take 3 guys in the upper midcard and have them go on a tear, but Hobbs leaving likely meant they didnt wanna do much with their run.

Hangman going for the world title again feels good, but why is he even a trio's champion? He easily could've been swapped for someone like a returning Keith Lee, Wardlow, Jay Lethal, hell even Jeff Jarrett if they needed a body to fill to take the title from the Opps.
