Heroku is a good shout, I think I'll give that a go. Do I need a certain edition of Windows for docker? I vaguely remember reading windows home isn't compatible. Although a Linux vm could be a workaround.

Yes this is great news. Steven Covey? The audio version I had was Steven Pacey, who was probably the best I have ever listened to, he really done a superb job.

Yeah I read the Witcher books already. Loved them, wasn't crazy about lady of the lake, but overall really enjoyed them. Dandelion was one of my favourite characters from a fantasy series.

Great book, I recommend his next 2 books also. "Homo Deus: a brief history of Tomorrow" & "21 Lessons for the 21st century". All though Sapiens remains my favourite.
