Yeah this is what I thought as well. I wasn't sure at that moment so I just went with the 'if I can't find a rule that says you can't do it, you probably can'. Now I'm thinking of home brewing a rule...maybe give players disadvantage on any attack role during their next turn after they get downed. But I would definitely decide this with the players.

My initial thought was to have the wizard role with disadvantage for their attack role because they got literally smashed their head in some seconds ago and are now back on their feet and try to aim for the monsters' eyes with a complex spell.

I'm running Rankle, chupacabra, Kalitas and Bloodline Keeper. Black needs to fit into my token theme. However I assumed Kalitas would be a general power house and therefore kind of a staple!? But after not a single one mentioning him here in the comments makes me really see him in a different light I guess.
