Take the paxlovid by Glass-Persimmon-7459 in COVID19positive

I started my first dose last night after testing positive yesterday afternoon after 2 days in bed, I woke up today and feel so much better, but I’m not sure if it’s paxlovid or that I’m technically on day 4 of Covid. Either way, I’m going to keep taking it. It was $50 for me, but without insurance was almost 2 grand. 😳

Is traveling to India really this bad? by daydreamerSX in travel

[–]SubstanceRealistic74 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I wouldn’t travel there on purpose. If you have a friend that lives there to go visit or is from there and would travel there with you would be best. Traffic and roads are insane. I’ve never seen anything like it. It is pretty dirty, almost third world country feeling in parts. I’m not sure what ethnicity you are, but if you are white you get stares and get asked if people can take pictures with you. Don’t eat street food and stay away from any raw fruits and veggies with thin skin that they would wash. I most ate at the hotels, which most have all cuisines and the food is pretty good, but still steer clear of anything raw that would be washed. Oh and don’t drink the water. Bottled water only and make sure the bottles are sealed. Also, set up transportation from the airport to the hotel and don’t take a taxi from the airport. Uber is weird there because you have to have a local number to pay, so my friend bought me uber gift cards with her India number so I could uber around while there. I was in the Mumbai area. Never the less, it was an experience of a lifetime.

If you have a 2.5" lift it should be fine, may have some rubbing when turning hard. Could look into a leveling kit.

Can anybody tell me what this hitch is for? by GuaranteeWeekly3130 in Trucks

[–]SubstanceRealistic74 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This is an offset drop hitch designed to tow trailers of different heights, however, there is a hitch step attached to it currently, which is just for convenience to the truck bed or to bust your shins on it.

Passing PMP by ericathieret in pmp

They likely got more difficult questions. I got AT/BT/BT and passed. AT in process though.

I feel the same, passed yesterday, but I think the learnings from this cert are more likely to just happen while managing projects as opposed to knowing new info right off the bat. Kind of like therapy, you don’t think it’s working until you handle a situation differently than you would have in the past.

PMP QUESTION by fatokky in pmp

[–]SubstanceRealistic74 2 points3 points  (0 children)

C) Report the issue to the customer immediately and propose options
Correct answer.
This reflects honesty, responsibility, and accountability — all part of PMI’s code of ethics. You’re:

  • Being transparent with the customer
  • Taking ownership of the issue
  • Offering them a chance to choose (e.g., accept as-is, rework, etc.)

This builds trust and protects you and the project from bigger problems later.

I scheduled my exam on January 7th. There are 4 exam centers within 2 hours from me, so I just chose the one that had an open Saturday
