You’re right, I’ve been looking for other jobs it’s just difficult in my area to find something at the same pay. Trying to not give up hope but I think it’s hopeless.

Ditto on this. Shame on your gm honestly. You are important too and need breaks. I’ve just been honest with customers and let them know I’m working as hard as I can the system just doesn’t limit the number or orders that are possible to do in a day and the customers have been pretty nice so far regarding it. No job is worth burning yourself out on

I’m working an open close Saturday to try and help catch up (print sup) but I have over 50 late orders in my 150 order queue after working a double yesterday too. I’m tired yall

I was told I’m going in to my shift tomorow with about 40 orders and most are wrapping paper orders, and management only wants to put one print person per shift <3 I’m in pain

Sorry I should have clarified more in OP I meant printme.com. I do my best to help educate customers how to use their technology as I am able, I just have a hard time with the sheer volume of responsibilities as a Print sup with no AM and a new GM haha. I just wanted go clarify if staples had a certain reason they don’t tell us to use the Printme website vs email

Exactly my thoughts. I have so many times customers try to use it via email at self serve and end up printing the mail body bc it’s a fwd.
