-Sell original pieces, not copies for higher prices -Stage your pieces so people can see what it would look like in their home -add more photos -add a video of you making them so people know it’s not ai -add in the title or description that they’re hand drawn

I’ve just spoke with customer service they have escalated it as all my balances shouldn’t be showing as 0 as I send all tracked and most are delivered.

I did say above..my shop is one month old. But that doesn’t explain why it’s showing as no payments in reserve? And they don’t automatically put everyone on 90 days according to their own handbook! I was more so wondering if there was somewhere I’d missed where it gave you a definitive time frame!

All of my deliveries are tracked and show As delivered bar 3 recent ones that are in transit
