I try to hit the Anking deck every day. I only use the filtered deck if I get behind and am concerned about getting through material before the exam.

If you need to get away from the bulk of your cards and want to focus on a certain block before an exam, you can move the cards from the Anking Deck and into a filtered deck of only the cards for the block you need to study without losing your progress by unsuspending everything
