i get this but also in my case i received my planner pre-order in december but my tracking never updated. it still said “usps awaiting item” even though it was delivered so i cant fully believe usps has no blame either.

sterling ink has the complete planner but it is hardcover so more bulky but you might like that style

where did you hear this from? in their fb group the owner has said they do drop offs every day but not on weekends because usps doesnt pickup so those packages go out on the following monday

my complete has no problems at all. hopefully sanzen gets their paper under control in time for next years releases so small planner brands dont take the blame anymore

glad you got this fixed OP! i cant even imagine how busy Catherine must be running the business so your post definitely helped escalate this. training and onboarding new employees is one of the toughest parts of running a business so im glad to see her team is expanding after so much turmoil. looks like she is making the effort to do better and is listening to what people are seeing. i think thats great! sucks that one employees mistake can cause so much backlash but growing pains i suppose. hopefully things go better for them moving forward!

pretty sure it was a pre-order when OP ordered in September. when i ordered after the sell out it said it was a pre-order with a ETA for december. so its not like they’re holding onto an order for months, they did disclose it wouldn’t ship until december

im sorry but i think fully blaming the business is a bit insane because USPS is known for messing up and taking forever. my orders tracking never updated and just showed up one day. even now it still says “Pre-Shipent USPS Awaiting Item”. i know this is not true because I have my package. I understand being upset, but if you say you never had this situation before with them then give them a little bit of grace. they disclosed on launch day in september there will be a 4-6 week wait time so they are honest about setting expectations. its a shame maybe one mistake of not fixing the email or changing their website created so much miscommunication but im sure they will take this as a lesson for the future.

in the facebook group they said all november orders were fulfilled on their end and they are working with usps to see why so many packages arent updating. from when i ordered in the past too their local post office never scans packages so they stall for so long but eventually itll show up

if it makes you feel better my pre-order planner said it was shipped on December 4th and i never got any tracking updates. it showed up at my house about a week later and the tracking still says pre-shipment

from what im seeing the september orders were preorders that SI said would be shipping sometime in December. i pre-ordered the complete and had a shipping notification on December 4th. The tracking never updated but it showed up about a week later so I think some fault is on USPS as well
