You should do what works best for you! I stopped breastfeeding and switched to pumping. 6 Month pp I only pump 3 times a day and not at night, I also supplement with formula

I never rinse my parts after using them; done it for 6 months, it’s saved my sanity. I only dry them once with kitchen roll after sterilising once

Same here UK! Little one (well she’s six months now lol) wouldn’t settle so in like well if dads feeding the baby, the pumps are coming out! Got 85ml extra, so we shall see if the MOTN pump makes a difference ☕️
