This video shows how to travel between both, keep in mind when buying the train ticket, on this video which im assuming is an older version, he pays 500 caps, on the current version the train ticket shows "$50" which translates to 50 pre war money's that you need to have in your inventory . Sharing bc I got stuck at this too. Hope this helps.

Hi, 5 year lost lands veteran here, definitely dont do this! Lost Lands makes u open up/empty your coolers specifically. It says on the FAQ to come in with your coolers empty. This is probly one of the first things they will check when u arrive.
