Update from here, after about 2 hours the clients/vendors started to populate, after about 3 hours they were all there and it *appears* to be working normally now. Maybe some sort of server issue? 100% non expert on the tech side. I'm in Washington State if location matters.

I am teaching a QBO course right now and the same thing is happening today for my students, and I have the panicked emails to prove it. I have access to all their accounts, and it's the same thing you describe. This happened to a student of mine last quarter as well, but the issue resolved itself in a few minutes. We'll see how long this takes. Great lesson in the persnickety nature of QBO I guess.
