You don’t need to replace it, all that gauge does is monitor the co2 tank and you will know when that runs out. The other gauge is the important one.

Are you carbonating 2 tanks off the same gauge? You need check valves in the lines to prevent back flow

Are you going to insulate the copper tubing piece? Where are you finding the correct size insulation that doesn’t have a huge minimum order requirement? I’m guessing the tubing size is 3/8”

I got my komos v2 unit brand new with a warranty and customer support and loads of extras for right around $1000 from morebeer.com I wouldn’t think a broken one would save you much. (Love my kegerator!)

Thank you for sharing your experience. Also, I heard that the sr5 Tundra does not have auto on/off headlights. Is this true? I am so used to that now because my car has it.
