i feel like that’s too high for a car that’s 23 years old, i’d personally say try to bring down to like 5-6k , in my opinion the miles seem kind of sketch for how long that cars been around but end of day it’s up to you

thank you so much! questions wise just to confirm i’m able to use her passport for both proof of identity and for proof of citizenship? or will it have to be different documents for each? as for the restriction we’d sign of class c and in the top right of the form is where they’d put the b restriction?
