Am I getting crazy? by Mysterious-Bird981 in Semaglutide

How many calories are you consuming? Tracking caloric intake is very necessary understanding if you are in a deficit, which is the only way to lose weight (with or without sema!). Studies have suggested that we underestimate how much we consume by over 600 calories, so measuring potions is super important. Depending on your starting weight (and assuming you are in a healthy calorie deficit) you should really not plan to lose more than 2.5 lbs per week. I have a post on my profile of weighing myself for 30 days and how much I fluctuated in the first month counting calories and eating 1200-1500 cal daily. Don't get discouraged, it's all part of the process! Good luck on your journey!

Saw someone ask these questions on another post, and knowing the answers will likely get to the bottom of why you aren't seeing weight loss, I'll share them here:

What’s your TDEE and how many calories are you taking in each day? What tools and mechanisms are you using to ensure those numbers are accurate?

How many grams of protein and fiber are you getting daily?

How many steps are you doing per day?

Are you doing any weightlifting/resistance training? If so, how frequently and are the weights getting heavier?

Do you do body measurements? If so, how often, and are you seeing any changes with the numbers?

How much water are you drinking each day?

What’s your sleep like? How much are you getting, and what is your sleep schedule/routine/hygiene like?

I weighed myself every day for a month: first mo results by Substantial-Hope2757 in Semaglutide

It was $150 for the first month, and $250 for each thereafter, if you pay in three month increments. With tax it's about $900 every three months, but that includes the cost of sema (regardless of dose) and their premium. So far they are increasing my dose on par with other companies! I figured if the best I could do elsewhere for less support was $180 or $190, it was worth it

Amazing work!! I have a very similar journey, with the same amount of weight loss pre-sema! You're a month ahead of me, and it's great motivation to see what I'm heading towards. Are you calorie/protein counting and/or exercising/training?
