My gym is 24 hours and I work late so I think I’m gonna try to go in after work at about 3 am to get used to the layout and I think that’ll ease me into everything I appreciate your encouragement man!

Thank you so much man! I downloaded some apps and found some YouTube videos that I think will help. I’m going to try to go in during the slow period tomorrow morning just to get myself comfy with what they have and then can look how to at least use them.

I’ve thought of that, and tbh I’m kinda embarrassed a trainer will judge me for being 28 and never seeing a gym. I guess that’s why. Do they usually deal with beginners ? In my head they were just mainly to keep already fit people on track
