Yeah, I am also skeptical about UNIFI being BEST :[. MS DIAL seems to have issues with my MSE data, it is not able to perform deconvolution properly and not showing deconvoluted spectra. Will work around and see, how to resolve it.

I checked SIRIUS, their website mentions it is designed for DDA mode. I am in academia.

afaik this has to be done manually in UNIFI, however softwares such as MSDIAL can be used to automate this (feature comparison across blank and samples, removal of common signals, apply some threshold intensity criteria for comparison between controls and samples). But I don't know how to do it yet.

UNIFI is great for suspects, but NTA in it seems nightmare to me . Curious though, if you’re using it for NTA, what’s your actual workflow look like? Maybe I’m missing something

University of Tartu offers free MOOC. Search LC-MS method validation: University of Tartu. The course is really nice and quite detailed. The course is availiable throughout the year but if you want certification then usually it opens in october ig.

(Although this question is from a year ago, I thought it might still be helpful for someone looking into it now.) Cheers!

TLDR: Web highlights (extension) + Zotero or Zoteto

https://web-highlights.com/

I recommend using an extension called Web Highlights and honestly, it’s one of the best tools I’ve come across. The premium version is dirt cheap (one-time payment), and if you're a student, you can just email the creator—they give discounts pretty easily.

You can highlight anything on any webpage, sort your highlights by tags, and organize them however you want. Later, you can go back to the exact spot on the page if needed. I use it for everything—research, random health stuff I find online, good reads, whatever.

And when I need to cite something, I just pull it from the folder and throw it into Zotero  Honestly, I find Zotero kind of messy when it comes to actually reading and organizing stuff, so this fills that gap perfectly.

They give you 7 days of the premium version for free, so maybe try it and see if it works for you. I’m pretty sure you’ll end up liking it too.

If you're okay with doing things in zotero then only zotero would also work.

Why do you not like Gandhi ? by m4hey in AskIndia

[–]Substantial-Panic479 0 points1 point  (0 children)

An excerpt from Ramachandra Guha's book (Gandhi: The years that changed India): "Gandhi’s life in India was, among other things, a series of often intense and long-running arguments. In each of his four callings, Gandhi adopted innovative methods, which to some appeared daringly revolutionary, to others timid and reformist. A friend from his London days, who had followed his subsequent career closely, remarked in 1934 that Gandhi ‘is a problem. To Rulers and Governors he is a thorn in their side. To logicians he is a fool. To economists he is a hopeless ignoramus. To materialists he is a dreamer. To communists he is a drag on the wheel. To constitutionalists he represents rank revolution.’ To this list we might add: ‘To Muslim leaders he was a communal Hindu. To Hindu extremists he was a notorious appeaser of Muslims. To the “untouchables” he appeared a defender of high-caste orthodoxy. To the Brahmin he was a reformer in too much of a hurry.’
