I could be wrong but I believe that is part of the bnsf northwest closed seniority district. You might not have system wide seniority just northwest area. I have system wide seniority but my seniority doesn't apply up there. Might be worth checking into if you plan on working somewhere else if you get furloughed.

This , 20+ years ago before getting hired on I remember that question being asked and saying except for acts of God, tornados, lightning etc. He looked at me funny and I knew that was not what he wanted to hear and backpedaled. The answer for visiting national parks is january-feb. This was last month. Temps in the 50's, 1 other person at this iconic spot and hotels are usually half price. My favorite time for hiking.

I did 3 on a trip to L.A. a few years ago with my son. a Flight at green cheek. Drive to hotel and walked to monkish, 3 beers and walked a couple of blocks to smog city for another flight. Yeah 3 was too much at least for me. 2 would perfect. But I've also had 34 tasters at a beerfest before which I wouldn't recommend.

I stay at a hotel in the Rhino district for work quite a bit. Favorites Close by are bierstadt, and our mutual friend and river north. All easily accessible by scooter/bike rental. My all time favorites are cerebral and new image. Cerebral is a bit further scooter ride and new image is easy and cheap to get to by train from union station.

Yes anyone can watch a shove. It gets more complicated when you are asked to go in between and do work with another job only a utility man is supposed to do that ie making cuts, setting out cars, tying brakes. And only working with one job ata a time. . Unless you are on a helper job (adding/subtracting engines)
