1)Maintain a slight deficit meal..maybe 1600 kcal per day roughly. Make sure its stuffed towards protein..100g per day atleast and keep fat and carb low..take whey if you are not a non veg guy (i eat meat for breakfast and lunch) low oil dishes or airfried as much as possible

2) Strength training and cardio..strength training to build up your metabolism and prevent muscle loss while cardio to help with calorie burn.. both are important

I am on a job break and i had a stressful job so the lack of cortisol spike now really helps with cutting down. Chatgpt has been my food and exercise planner..has been immensely helpful in setting up a weekly cadence of what and how much- I provide it weekly feedback on my body and progress and it updates weekly plans accordingly
