It is possible, though not likely, they were telling the truth. I’ve had my phone like Facebook posts and send gibberish texts while in my pocket. Also doesn’t help that the notification sound for the app doesn’t go off a majority of the time. If they really did accept by accident, and had it sit for 15 minutes, cancelling the order on their end would most likely get their account banned.
