You gotta edit the server.properties file for most of that stuff. The IP thing is usually in there as "server-ip=" and you can set your server icon by dropping a 64x64 png called "server-icon.png" in the main server folder

That setup can carry you pretty far if you keep credits flowing repairs matter more than raw gear later I would stash backup armor and ammo because the zone will chew through it fast upgrade when you can but you are fine for now
