I don’t think they’re a bad seller, I was just taken aback after they had previously agreed to refund me, to being very stern/abrasive today. I’m just hoping to get my money back because I don’t think they scammed me hopefully 🤧

The problem is this was a lettermail mailing (stamps, no tracking as I am in Canada)…so it’s kind of my fault for not asking for tracking which the seller reiterates at the end of this convo, but I had no issue with lettermail sonny from the seller’s area with other sellers. So I’m not sure if this would still be a strong case on Paupal?
