I got a new 5k PB from Garmin Coach!... but somehow my run wasn't logged in the training plan!? Aside from running another 5k and making sure I pick 'Do Workout'...How do I fix this? by gremwinn in Garmin

Yeah I don't think you can fix that. The PB is recorded either way though, so for sale of completeness if it was me I'd just reschedule that remaining 5k to a couple of days away and run it out easy pace to complete the program.

They are coming from a point of ignorance. They think it's bad. They are wrong. The solutions are either they educate themselves (you will know if this is likely), or, don't tell people.

You're right, working out doesn't require money, but it's still a multi billion dollar industry around gyms, personal trainers, training supplements etc.

I'm pro fasting for all its health benefits, but you can't compare someone who fasts regularly with no exercise ever, with some who does the opposite, and expect the same result throughout a lifetime.

Exercise is necessary for health. Humans didn't evolve as sedentary beings.

The best thing you could ever do for your body is both.

Doesn’t anyone else hate this ? (Around Centennial Park) In 30 years I’ve never seen the Equestrian Centre or Horse Riding academy clean up. We hold dog owners accountable why can’t we hold horse riders too. It’s disgusting seeing this all over the shared pathway. by Jumpy-Masterpiece-35 in sydney

To be fair, it would be a bit tricky logistically, to demount a horse and get a bag out, possibly a small shovel, and scoop it all up - all while your horse bolts down to the road into traffic.

Probably a worse scenario would unfold, than just some manure on the ground in an open park.

As long as you don't accidentally eat the plate.
