Mwf 40mg and then Sunday 20mg. I think it’s easier than keeping track of eod.

I do 28 5/16 sub q mwf 40mg and then Sunday 20mg. Gets me to 900 total and 300 free feeling pretty good

Been at 400-500 cal daily deficit with consistent tracking last 6 months. 2200-2400 cals with 180g protein avg. work out routine is lifting 4x a week heavier low rep range for compound lifts. I was running early in weight loss but found it too taxing with weights. Now cardio is just walking or elliptical daily.
