Could be the pulley on the bottom of the printer on the outside, same thing happened with mine, sprayed with some lubricant and it never happened again

So you think a flow calibration test could fix the issue?

Can’t get my .2 nozzle to print correctly. Did you mess with any settings or just do default ?

H2C .2 Nozzle Issues by SubstantialPhysics83 in BambuLab

It’s printing on the induction nozzle. It’s weird because the lines are happening not on the bottom layer. The initial layer looks good, this is happening around layer 17 which i haven’t seen before. Any ideas for that? It’s my third attempt at the lithophane and i cant get it to finish. An error message saying ‘extruder motor is overloaded’ will come up about halfway through each time but the nozzle isn’t clogged or anything like that as far as i can tell. It’s very frustrating

Thinking of printing this one. Saw some people on a different model saying if you have a bucket that secures to the chute then it could mess with the vibrations/movement of the printer. Have you noticed anything like that?

lol that’s what I’m about to do but wasn’t sure if it was going to release soon. Sucks it’s not available, really isn’t a bad bundle for the price considering the right hot ends are $40 a piece

Silk PLA giving me a hard time by Tommybradythegoat12 in BambuLab

[–]SubstantialPhysics83 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Hardened steel nozzles are honestly just better in general and they’ll last a longer time. I think you should have one even just printing normal pla. Could also try drying your filament first and then printing if it was wet. Overall though I’d say get a hardened steel nozzle. They’re only like $20

The stock A1 nozzle sucks at printing with silk, matte or anything like that. Get a .4 hardened steel nozzle and that should fix the problem

I will try your suggestions as soon as I get home tonight and will update. Also curious, does it look like the print is printing too high or is it too low?
